Yes, I think improved wording is quite necessary.

When pressing the -/+-Volume-keys on the border of my laptop, a window
pops up in the middle of the screen and shows me a bar which should
represent the volume of the audio output, pressing the (-)-keys
decreases the bar, but the volume still stays the same, it has no
affect.
Some of these power saving improvements may influence the performance or
the stability on certain machines, so that are not enabled by default,
if you think a certain suggestion would be able to implement an on all
systems without a loss of stability and performance, file a new bug

I also experienced this issue on 64 bit hardy. I'm glad to find a bug
on the issue, it's really quite annoying to restart Firefox every few
hours.
Earlier in the week, I built my own packages to replace hardy's
flashplugin-nonfree and nspluginwrapper, and the issue seems to have
