All I can tell you is that is solved my problem! I need to do a lot of
presentations in my work. I use a TV monitor in order to let others see
what I'm doing.
I can give you my word that these packages didn't cause any problems.

I see the same message when selecting "Settings > Configure Konqueror"
from Konqueror 4.1
missing libraries are:
- kcm_konqhtml
- kcm_performance
- kcm_konq
- kcm_kio
- kcm_kurifilt
- kcm_css
Only two tabs are working ("History Sidebar", and "Crypto")
This is in Kubuntu 8.04.1 with KDE 4.1

Sorry but I forgot to mention that the segfault I've experienced in
v1.6.3 was due to missing libalsa during compile time, causing a missing
- and unchecked - MIDI handle to segfault. Now I'm pretty sure that my
problem wasn't related to Rog's segfault.
