I see the same message when selecting "Settings > Configure Konqueror"
from Konqueror 4.1
missing libraries are:
- kcm_konqhtml
- kcm_performance
- kcm_konq
- kcm_kio
- kcm_kurifilt
- kcm_css
Only two tabs are working ("History Sidebar", and "Crypto")
This is in Kubuntu 8.04.1 with KDE 4.1
