Xserver is not crashing in case of ATI, just gets stuck.

Printing with HP930 on the desktop, shared to the laptop.
I was printing pdf, with okular and evince.

On the machine with 2 working ati cards file xorg.conf specifies driver
ati for both cards, not the flgrx one. Looking at xorg.0.log files
shows that the ati module loaded mach64 module to handle the cards.
Both cards are of PCI type:

I'm marking the upstream ecryptfs userspace package Invalid. The bug
is in the kernel, and the fix has been built and verified.
Let's get this copied to Intrepid's updates ASAP.

as i understand it from my observations is that the whole application OO will
not refresh its graphics.
this causes buttons to appear and disappear, but also leaves the process-bar on
the status bar once it is ready. to have the satus-bar refreshed, i need to

Ok, the 1.6.1 Debian packages have been fixed in CVS. The recommends has
been set to postgresql ( without versioning ). It's present in CVS now,
but will only be uploaded some time next week. I guess this bug will be
fully fixed on its first-year birthday ;) The packages will then be
synced to
