I am getting this too since updating to 4.2.0. Looking at the screen
carefully, Akregator seems to open and then immediatley close, causing a
distinct flash of the screen.
Conversely, if akregator is visible, cliking the tray icon makes
akregator vanish for a few instants, and come back

do, since human-icon-theme inherit gnome-icon-theme already, so you'll have a
circular dependency kind off.
It will also deepen the gap between upstream and ubuntu's gnome-icon-theme (the

You are missing package «debootstrap». Perhaps it should be added to
ubuntu-dev-tools as a Suggests? (pbuilder itself depends on it, but
allows cdebootstrap -which doesn't include the needed files- as an
alternate depends; cowdancer doesn't depend on it at all).

OK, I was wrong... the plugin is enabled by default. After recursively
unsetting all the rhythmbox gconf keys I never get cover art in the
notification, even though I do see the art in the UI.
