I am running karmic on a desktop. All power settings are turned off.
When I am not using the computer I shut it off. Have screen saver set
for ten minutes. If I let the computer idle for just 30 seconds it will
susspend the monitor. It turns off completly. I am not sure how

output begins to stutter, also happens sometimes with only one rar file.
This is a very very annoying behavior, switching to directly output via ALSA

I am closing this as won't fix for the kernel as I do not really see a
kernel issue with this and there has been no response for quite some

folders were not still exist.
Press Ctrl+2 and enter gconf-editor, go to apps - wp_tray. On the
right panel, right click on dir_list, choose Edit Keys and delete all

gdesklet folks: In the course of updating Ubuntu's gdesklets version, I
revisited this issue. The attached patch fixes the import error. I
don't know if others exist yet. Will do some further testing. But this

Also have icewm installed, as well as menu, and menu-xdg.
Unfortunately, the KDE 4 packages do not add entries for their applications to

The most recent is 8.4.3 but for some reson we still ship 8.4.0.
I have compiled 8.4.3 from source and after some more work text_combotix.py has

Just updated to 9.04 and started having this issue.

I try to open a file in my right monitor and it opens on my main one.
