I have default shortcut for Yakuake 'move session left' set to
Ctrl+Shift+Left, while i press this combination, yakuake reports that
it's ambiguous and suggest use "Configure shortcuts". I double rechecked
it and there is no other action with this

The Karmic update to 2.26.31-1, or the concurrent xorg update has caused
my Lenovo laptop to hang at startup. This initial splash screen appears,
but behaves more like a live CD, with the bar going back and forth many
times. It then hangs for a while

With original installation of Jaunty using open source driver, the Fn
+up-arrow, Fn+down-arrow keys can be used to adjust brightness of the
screen. The notification system shows the brightness level change and
the actual brightness of the laptop changes properly as well.

The problem is that 0005-NET_DEVICE_OPS.patch, which was added to fix
the build on 2.6.31, also breaks it on <= 2.6.30 due to a typo. Here is
a one-line fix.

I have found another problem, or perhaps a cause.
Gnome volume control does not work at all. I tried opening and setting it up,
but the settings do not actually change.
Every time I re-open it, recording is on "mute."
When I run alsamixer instead, the recording level has sometimes dropped to

Actually, I do not intend on merging kvm-85 for Karmic.
Instead, I plan on packaging qemu-kvm, which is a stable branch of the
qemu tree with kvm support.
