The system seems not to free the memory:
„Mem: 64818896k total, 49114996k used, 15703900k free, 2086292k
buffers“
After every restart of squid, the used memory raised. We have decided to ignore
the package from ubuntu now, because so it isn't workable (no way), and compile
from the sources.
Recently at a Softpedia blog I read about the solution, which works fine with
nice glossy view!

It seems in lucid the settings get lost after a suspend/resume. But they
work after a reboot. So everytime i wake up from a suspend i need to run
gpointing-device-settings _twice_ and reset the scroll to button 2.

I faced the same bug on my AMD64 machine while installing lucid. What is
astonishing, that on random occasions the installing process can be

I do like user groups. Would it be possible to loosen StrictMode for

Compiz: 1:0.8.4-0ubuntu15
Totem: 2.30.0git20100413-0ubuntu1
Chipset: Intel 82865G Integrated Graphics
Hardware: Dell Optiplex GX270
If I have Compiz enabled, Totem almost always display a black screen for video.

Same problem and same solution as poitydrip...but...
All Ubuntu user's aren't gurus !!!
As ubuntu fan, I purpose to all people I know to switch to free software,
preferabily on Ubuntu and chose also LTS vers.
It's a very important bug when std apps, as browser doesn't work fine after
upgrade !!!

Hi, I am also experiencing this bug. Sometimes my wireless connection gets
dropped and I am unable to reconnect, despite clicking on the accesspoint name
in networkmanager. Networkmanager shows the two dots, but only one of the is
green, the otherone never gets green and it does not connect. I
