I've experienced it in Karmic, not only in Lucid. Not sure if it has anything
to do with my removal of PA and a few other indicator-related packages, but -

I have been unable to install Linux Mint 9 64-bit (final release) from

Ok, I have figured out. After installing 'quickly-ubuntu-template' package it
works. But this is still bug in my opinion.
When quickly is started it shows examples that doesn't work out-of-the-box.
Why this 'quickly-ubuntu-template' package is set as 'recommended'? Why it

I'm seeing this same behavior in the following environment. In the Day
and Work Week views, the recurring events randomly display. In the Week
or Month views, they seem to be more consistently displayed. I'll be
happy to provide application dumps and/or debugging info.

After the delay, ksnapshot takes a snapshot of the entire screen, then
paints the screen with that snapshot. It then allows you to select a
region of the screenshot of the entire screen without fear of the
screenshot changing.

You can disable scaling by hitting ctrl-alt-u.
What's probably happening is that the window manager is generating an
extraneous scaling event. I'm going to move this to wishlist as we
should provide better user controls of this behavior.
