Well, renice-ing rhythmbox down to -9 did not seem to help. I got
stuttering every two-three minutes. Besides the ath5k noise floor
calibration message, the only message I received during the test was

I'm running xrdp from the 0.5.0 amd64 .deb built in the Maverick ppa
(though I'm running Lucid) and it's happening for me.
The first time it happened to me, I had closed the (mstsc.exe) RDP
client window without logging off.

I primarily use system connections with network-manager and I haven't
experienced this issue. My brother uses user level connections and
complained about this issue. We both have Intel based wireless cards.

I have the same Bad Password problem with wicd-1.7.0+dsl-2 on a fresh
desktop installation of 64-bit Kubuntu Lucid. The access-point is not
hidden, only using WPA2. Downgrading to 1.6.1-3ubuntu1 (as per entry

Looking at 465034 the symptoms looked identical, however, it appeared
465034 was solved, so I ran update manager to make sure my system was up
to date with all patches (except Transmission Manager, which barfs on
updates - reported elsewhere) and then tested again.
Both aMSN and Pidgin still log
