Lucid Lynx gives access to a plugin for HP Laserjet 1018, wich works fine.

This bug first happened after upgrading from Karmic to Lucid. So far, it
has concerned only the wired connection and not the wifi.

Thank you for taking the time to report this crash and helping to make
Ubuntu better. This particular crash has already been reported and is a
duplicate of bug #602091, so is being marked as such. Please loo
maverick has now 2.48 (not sure it'll get .49 as debian-freeze is in
action). That's just a few weeks outdated so I guess this should be
marked fixed (can't be changed for a released ubuntu anyway)?

with gvfs-gdu-volume, udisks-daemon and dbus-daemon
