For me it looks like a KDE bug, too. I use the GNOME desktop and system-
config-printer and never had such problems. Also the KDE application
digikam prints correctly in this environment.
Can someone check whether the printer setup tool of KDE produces print
queues with broken JobSheets entry?

I don't know how but at sometime, the firmware file got lost. Thus, i
downloaded the iwlwifi-3945-2.ucode from
http://intellinuxwireless.org/?n=downloads, unloaded iwl3945 module,
copied the firmware in /lib/firmware/ and then loaded the module again.
Worked fine. Thanks for the interest anyway.
Dell Latitude D620 with ubuntu 10.10, security and recommended upgrades applied.
I had the same problem since first installation of 10.10, while no problems
were present in 10.04: slow ping, high latency, slow speed, also connecting to
the very home page of my router.

Hello. I have committed a fix which should prevent this type of bugs in
the future xulrunner updates. I have ported this patch back to
xiphos-3.1.4 and it should land in natty via sync from Debian
Experimental. I'm hopping for a smooth xulrunner-2.0 transition.
** Changed in: xiphos (Ubuntu)
This bug has been fixed upstream. It will land in Natty after 3.1.4 will
be synced from Debian Experimental. Alternativly you can use
ppa:pkgcrosswire/ppa now, which doesn't have this bug anymore. Thank you
for reporting this issue.

Had the same issue with my SL500 as well. Resolved itself today after
updating my OS. I don't know what caused it, but... actually I'm okay
with it gone. :-)

Ubuntu 10.10 crahes while activating standby mode
Excuse me, but SABDFL decided this would NOT be adjustable!
Stop flogging the team.
I actually like the notion of one person being able to resolve issues
like this.
It's a design decision and SABDFL had his say on it, end of story!
