Looks like your sources are not set properly. Do the following:
1) gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list (to edit your file)
2) Delete everything in your sources file, copy and paste everything from my
attached file to your sources.list
3) Save it
4) Delete all the files in /var/log/dist-upgr

According to the specs at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter#Add-
on%20packages, the desktopnova-tray and dektopnova-module-gnome should
already appear in the Add-ons list, because the control file of the
desktopnova package specifies Recommends: desktopnova-module-gnome |
desktopnova-module-xf
