Looking at the build log for 0.24 for natty, Video4Linux support was not
included, although linux-libc-dev 2.6.38-3.30 was, so that doesn't
appear to be what was causing the issue. Looking at the same build for

Tomboy fails to sync after editing note via web: String
Correction: new and re-edited notes will have correct timestamps. I am
working on the script that will show what notes are affected and provide
the links to their web interface location.

I have to correct some things I said before. It does not hang randomly, it only
hangs when internet/dsl is reconnected. (normally every 24 hours here in
Germany) [lan always stays connected] and after suspend/hibernate.
And it is Ubuntu only, I tried Arch Linux, Linux Mint Debian Edition,
But does not rebuild

I believe this is fixed in the latest code which uses urlparse to split
the URL rather than doing things manually.
