Interessting, when I run software-center --force-rtl with a ltr locale the
output looks ok. Running with

I can confirm this one. It is hard to reproduce. When it happens you
can't switch between the open windows. There are also cases when
switching is possible only inside current workspace (when you click on
an application which is opened on another workspace nothing happens).

The application is wrong. It should look for libfbclient.so.2 and
nothing else.
The libfbclient library from the 2.5 branch is perfectly compatible with
2.1.
