I have the exact same problem as John Kuang (#6) described above, and I
made a patch that fixes the problem on my computer. Since I cannot run
Unity on my computer I cannot verify that this patch works as intended
there.

also system monitors cpu usage is too high in general. it should be made much
lighter and faster so when your computer is unresponsive (high disk activity)
you don't have to wait 30+ seconds for it to start up so you can kill a process.

I've noticed one problem with this patch. Sometimes when I resume from
sleep it will revert back to middle click not working, until I restart.

@Kent: the oneiric kernel in -proposed is 3.0.0-13.21, it includes a
similar fix as the one listed in comment #2, but instead of adding the
id to the btusb_table, it adds it to the btusb blacklist table, which
should be the cause it doesn't work (probably the result of a hunk apply

i have never putted trailing slashes in the mointpoints,
and the double moutings only occus for the cifs ro mounts

Software center doesnt
Experiencing the same issue with wireless after upgrade from 11.04 to
11.10 on an ASUS R1Eseries, using iwl4965. Used suggestion to try and
change wireless router from using 802.11-N G to just 802.11 G.
Wireless started to work again, however, I cannot keep it in the G mode
due to other devices
I think another solution or option (for those that want an icon to
remain), would be to have the icon change from a battery icon to a plug
icon once the battery is charged, instead of disappearing altogether.
