upgrading to Oneiric. I’ve finally found the culprit (for me):

I did uninstall libreoffice-kde ('sudo apt-get remove libreoffice-kde'),
and the bug was still present(X server icon still displayed in the task
bar instead of the regular libreoffice writer icon) ... do I have to
insert the --puge in the command line ?
