launcher, the launcher should be a bit resistant so that it is easy to
align the window to the launcher.
I.e. launcher should behave like windows behave when "Window edges" are
checked in compiz's plugin Snap
#6 is not working for me. I recreated facebook groups and all contacts
in new groups are listed as "Ungrouped". This was working before, and it
seems that new Facebook group system changed everything

Same here when rendering to DVD PAL 16:9 2 pass. It crashes in melt.
Resulting .vob file has video but no audio.
Doing the same in 1 pass doesn't crash. Strangely it is also missing

My experience is that things are OK if I run the df command from a local
terminal window as a standard user or as root.
However, if I ssh in from another machine, while I can run the df

When a headphone is plugged, the output "connector" in pulse audio

this software better. This particular crash has already been reported
and is a duplicate of bug #894506, so is being marked as such. Ple
I just had this problem on 10.04 LTS.
The workaround for me, from reading previous comments, was:
* Launch Evolution (freezes)
* Kill evolution-alarm-notify (continues to load normally)
* FIle -> Backup Settings... (Follow the procedure)
"saving the backup causes Evolution to somehow clean up i
system monitor > processes tab doesn't show any kind of strange
activity, though chromium browser often becomes a zombie process, and
makes everything more jerky.
Anyway, what helped my (partially):
compizconfig-settings-manager:
1. turn of Unity MT grab handles
2. go to Move Windows > uncheck Co
For what its worth, I have same symptoms on thinkpad t410i, but
disabling 11.n protocol doesn't help. I have two wireless routers, one
only has b/g and connects fine. The other has b/g/n, and I have tried to
disable 'n' on router side as well as on laptop side with the module
optoin, and it still c

Yes, NVIDIA with TwinView.
Nothing in my xsession-errors about UScreen at all. I renamed the old
one, logged out and then back in again and ran the System-
Settings->Displays and attached the resulting xsession-errors here.
