so I found the reason why uvcvideo can't load.
The DKMS package linux-media-tbs-dkms from the yavdr ppa
(https://launchpad.net/~yavdr/+archive/main) generates a conflict.
When I compile the modules for the TBS DVB Card self, uvcvideo and the DVB

Today I tried to access the global menu of GTimeLog, but the top bar was
empty. Pressing F10 let me loop though all indicator menus, but the
global application menu wasn't there. I switched to Chromium to make
sure the menu indicator itself was still working -- it was.

ok i installed your ppa he still do not find my printer at all.
my problem is i'm out of network cables i have to buy cables to test the
printer on the network interface.
the point is with 11.10 ALL of our printers stop working a samsung laser
