1) For ATI HDMI to work, the proprietary fglrx driver has to be

causing a load of (frequent) unnecessary writes. I wonder if the
hdparm setting in /lib/hdparm/hdparm-functions when running battery is

@diwic: HDMI can work with the open-source ati driver on RadeonHD
4000-series and earlier, but one needs to add 'radeon.audio=1' to the

I think 500ms is *way* too low a threshold, and a different heuristic
needs to be used to determine whether or not a user wants the HUD. I
alt-tab constantly, rapidly, and the HUD comes up every time unless I

Is it just me, but I also see minimized windows when I press Super+W.

Probably not the WM, but I suppose it's not impossible; I'll try to look

changing font size in
I'm gonna lean out the window a bit here and declare this a hw issue
with the ram. If the issue pops up again with the more conservative
memory timings please reopen the bug so I know why I've had a head-on
encounter with a slab of concrete.
