Oneiric install is i386, precise is x86_64. Trying the suspend resume

When Gnome 2 was taken out and Unity replaced it I stopped using
Ubuntu so I'm not sure if the problem is still present. Neither Linux
mint 11 or 12 have this issue, but I'm not sure if this information is
useful with Ubuntu or not.
