Well, if wpasupplicant were to inherit the low niceness from the
process, NM, which starts it then it might have had an interesting
effect.
But I just tried both the nice Upstart stanza and the nice command
in the exec Upstart stanza and was unable to change the niceness level
of NM as revealed

I would have to disagree with the reporter in upstream bug that the
issue stops when using nautilus 3.5.1 as supplied by Ubuntu. (At least
with the available hardware here there is no change at all, nor expected
any.
Also did rebuild gtk without_atk_bridge which also had no effect though that
I am experiencing this bug nearly every time my PC wakes up from
Suspend-to-RAM, so I wouldn't consider it fixed. I have used Unity from

Mathieu: OK, I thought that the status was getting set to Confirmed just
because I changed the title (and the Janitor thought that that meant
that it affected me too, which it doesn't). This seems to happen often,
but I don't know how the Janitor works. :)
