Did you install any other driver for that graphics card than the preinstalled

Still having this problem. If I set my download limit to be say 35kB/s,
it will constantly fluctuate between 0 and 100+kB/s. In the previsouly
working releases, a setting of 35 would hover around 33-36. The traffic

As a workaround, I removed xattr and pysendfile from the requirements:

I installed ubuntu 12.04 and this bug seems solved.
