I find that connecting only works if I set the network authentication to
PEAP. Trying to connect with TTLS will consistently fail. In XUbuntu
12.10, I had to do nothing else to make it work other than using PEAP.
If it matters or helps at all, my eduroam network is the one at
Hogeschool Utrecht
Also, can't we drop the Unity-2D effected items? (which was part of why
this was blocked) And the delta-with-3D tag?

this is just a warning to get people to migrate to XDG configuration
layout, it is no bug in backintime.
to get rid of the warning move ~/.fonts.conf to ~/.config/fontconfig/fonts.conf
or if $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/fontconfig if the variable is set.

This problem affect me a lot, my locale is en_US.UTF-8, but I do need to read
Chinese.
However the default Chinese sucks, it looks like it use other fonts, not the
default ttf-wqy-microhei, which works perfect in 12.04.
The upgrade breaks font a lot...

Correct me if I'm wrong. I notice language-selector is replaced by
language-selector-common, I wonder why which has the same files. but
it behave different behaviour to 12.04?
