I've wrote a python script that loads argparse. Ina comptuer with ubuntu
10.10 works, but in the computer with ubuntu 10.04 I get the follwing
error message: ImportError: No module named argparse.
I've installed the module with synaptic.

Roughly 1 out of 6 boots ubuntu fails to start X properly and i land in a
console.
When dropped into console instead of X typing restart lightdm loads up
lightdm/X normally.
I have attached xorg.log from a session where X failed.

On upgrading to Ubuntu 12.10, I find that glslideshow is ignoring
rotation data in pictures taken by my Nikon D7000 camera, and so
portrait pictures are shown rotated by 90 degrees. An example of such an

Interestingly, when I click on the links in the bug description above to
check the links are working, Firefox has the same problem as glslideshow
- dsc00112.jpg is shown correctly but dsc_8639.jpg is shown rotated. In
gthumb however, they are both shown correctly as portrait. Perhaps the

Sorry about the sector counts, I did the calculations again, and it
seems that the sector count in the metadata is probably correct. I got
the disk size in megabytes from windows disk manager, and calculated the
sector count from that, but since the disk size is rounded to megabytes
and the sector
