i made a snapshot after disabling apparmor and it works!
Here are the commands used:
/etc/init.d/apparmor stop
update-rc.d -f apparmor remove
reboot now
virsh snapshot-create-as ubu-server-64-10.04.3 snap1 --disk-only
So i changed the target package of the bug to apparmor

problem with the block / unblock c
I did check the BIOS, the ATI radeon was enabled, now with "Intel only"
setting the GLX/OGL still works, so something got fixed on my Kubuntu
installation while I was trying out different PPAs for drivers.
That said, I would still like to have radeon 3D working (like it was in
12.04). :)
