I'm seeing the black screen and no x on my desktop with the Lubuntu 13.04

I just watched a video on my local drive (normaly use a network drive). It gave
no problem.
So I checked the buffer. it is 300ms.
For Network I do have 3000 ms.
When I pause my local movie 20 times. no problem at all.
When I open the local file with 3000ms buffer. I get the same error.
