After doing an analysis of the code, most particularly
lib/puppet/type/mount.rb it appears that the problem doesn’t lie with
puppet but with cifs-utils.
When puppet does a ‘mount -o remount’, it triggers a bug in cifs-utils
that makes a double entry in
ldap-auth-config does not exist in Debian. It is expected that those who
want ldap authentication can write /etc/ldap.conf themselves.
In Ubuntu, I think it makes sense to permit this, so it should be
possible to install libnss-ldap and libpam-ldap without ldap-auth-config
installed. An example

No not really... so if people set things manually, a MAAS upgrade to the
SRU package won't break configurations because MAAS does not touch
/etc/dnsmasq.conf at all. So MAAS upgrade should leave /etc/dnsmasq.conf
as ism and dnsmasq should continue to work as expected.

Computer becomes busy then time will come computer experienced hanging
with my works. After display will change, exit menus (close, minimize,
maximize) were lost. Then when you close the file, you'll find your
desktop without shortcut menus/icons.

not sure what I did, but installed a few more packages and rebooted and
now things are working. I was able to install a deb file using gdebi
and install the virtualbox expansion pack. Was able to execute a gksu
operation as well (gksu thuanr) and it opened up fine after I entered my
password.
This because of version 2.24.17-0ubuntu2 is in Ubuntu Raring now. Bug
still affects Ubuntu Quantal.

I too have this issue, did a clean install of 13.04 as of release day

Good to hear that it is being fixed.
One more thing, maybe it'll help:
When starting one of the broken streams in Rhythmbox, a workaround is to
immediately kill the new gvfsd-http process. As soon as that is gone, the
stream starts to play without any issues and can be stopped from Rhythmbox.

I modified the configuration a little and then upgraded from 12.10 to
13.04 this might be the reason of the failure
