Public bug reported:
package libkdeui5 4:4.10.2-0ubuntu2.2 failed to install/upgrade: package
libkdeui5 is already installed and configured
ProblemType: Package
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 13.04
Package: libkdeui5 4:4.10.2-0ubuntu2.2
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.8.0-23.34-generic 3.8.11
Uname: Linux
Regression is very consistent: with 3.8.0-23 WPA enterprise auth always
works, and with 3.8.0-24 it always fails. No other changes to system
other than booting the two different kernels.
(Wifi works OK with kernel 3.8.0-24 on my home network, using simple WPA
with shared key AES encryption.)

The pinlabel.sty file appears to be in the texlive-pictures package in
all currently-supported Ubuntu versions. Can you please try installing
that package and seeing if it fixes your issue?
