Tried only with ctrl+shift, maybe behaves the same for other modifier
key combinations when used as shortcut for switching layouts.
- Set ctrl+shift as shortcut for switching keyboard layouts

I'm guessing this is a feature, but I'd like to turn it off. I don't
mind if my computer only lasts for an hour without an adaptor, I want it
to run fast. At least tell me that we're going to scale back.

I was attempting to install an encryption package for claws-mail.
I suspect that the installer tripped over a leftover error from a
previous run. Lilo is installed, but there is no configuration file in
the standard place (deliberately).
