Always ask for password before installing bootloader. And when i entered
it too late, it just failed, render the long awaited process useless.
This is serious anoying bug. One password at start should be enough, no
need to ask it repeately.

I have reinstalled Ubuntu a couple of times since then. I think that
the original problem had to do with ulatencyd. i reinstalled it to see if I

I suggest everybody to try this possible workaround, at least until the
bug gets fixed.
POSSIBLE WORKAROUND:
Downgrade the packages that you've updated. If you don't remember their names,
these are the main ones: mysql-server-5.5 - zentyal-core - mysql-server -
mysql-client-5.5
