I'm using Xubuntu, and after upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10 the folder icon
for dowload (I have Polish localization and that folder is Pobrane)
custom icon (I use my own icon theme Clarity) is gone (it was folder
with arrow now is generic folder icon).
