It is - keystone only ships an upstart configuration (no init script)
which installs to /etc/init
Using the service command is the correct way to call init
scripts/upstart configuration:
sudo service keystone restart
This will ensure that the preferred method of managing the service is
used

That compile flag is not required as long as libxen-dev also includes
the required headers and libraries for autoconfigure to find them.
libvirt in 14.04 (actually 13.10 at least as well) contain the libxl
driver required:
dpkg --contents libvirt-bin_1.2.2-0ubuntu13.1_amd64.deb |grep libxl
The issue is not the error message itself. The issue is that ubiquity
thinks that the grub-install dialog was successful when it really was
not, so it keeps going.

Workaround:
Place the external monitor on the left side and laptop monitor on the right.
This way the laptop monitor with invalid width won't miss align the picture
on the external monitor.

FYI I did a complete bit wipe of the SSD and started again. Still
freezing about 1 in 5 suspends here, unfortunately. Consider yourself
