I was also affected from that issue. Finally it seems that I found in my
case a solution. The Memory Frequency Limiter in BIOS was set to
'AUTO' and I changed it to one of the lowest values. Since than my
system runs stable.

I think I have had the same problem. I was able to force the error with the
tool 'memtester'.
Finally I figured out that after I changed the Memory Frequency Limiter in BIOS
form 'AUTO' to one of the lowest levels my system run stable.
