This is an issue with the dependency data of the package. It does not have any

Uhm, this might actually not be an issue with the package. Between v1.2
and v1.3, we changed to using setuptools, and changed our dependency
handling. If there was a pre v1.3 install of matplotlib prior to
installing v1.3+, this can cause issues (for examples, you may have
problems with mpl_toolkit
Looks like my case is a little more problematic than most other posters
on this thread.
Re. #32 I am not using WiFi. However I have tried waiting a long time
before logging in just to test this and it makes no difference for me.
My ethernet connection is usually up almost instantaneously anyway.
After a hot/warm boot (pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del) or reboot all five
drives are detected:

physical location code. The following patch fixed the second issue in iprtuils
2.4.2.
