the libraries handled by boinc are: libOpenCL.so (opencl) libaticalrt.so (amd) libcuda.so (nvidia) libnvidia-ml.so (nvidia, driver version). Can you please look if the packaged driver gives you the correct library file? You might need the -dev package to get boinc work with the repository driver.
