In my case it's not happening when I boot the Server but when it's

While testing krillin rtm image 176, I tried to add a payment method. I
had just freshly flashed though, so I didn't have my U1 account set up
yet.
What happened was, after clicking $2.99, the button changed to In
progress. The U1 account creation UI
