Having /boot full can lead to kernel, inird image or grub.conf corruption and
on top of that it's blocking new security updates to be applied.

Updating to BIOS F.23 did solve the issue for the main SD which gets
mounted (see new dmesg at 209). There is now just one final one which

I agree with Alvin. That old KDE bug (ECDSA and libssh) affected me for
a long time but as soon as Kubuntu got libssh 0.6 (Saucy I think?) it
was resolved. I'm running the same system that has simply been upgraded
(not reset) and this behaviour has recently come back. I'm not sure if
it was there

The problem with volume notifications specifically is bug 1447917 and

I tried to reproduce following the procedure outlined in your video,
however I don't get any crashes. I installed Moka from a different
source though, I can try from the PPA as well.
Either way, it seems to be both rather rare and random, which makes it a
pain to debug/fix for devs and only a

After working a while the processes names disappeared again. Looking a
bit more carefully I found a huge icon for pgAdmin this is possibly
messing up the Process Name column (attachment below).
Eventually, this might all boil down to an icon scaling method failing.
