[GM965] GPU lockup running OpenGL applications on Dell Vostro 1510

discussing with om26er on irc, the issue went away after reboot.
Also, pulseaudio had crashed during reboot.
indicator-sound hides itself iff the user opts in gsettings to hide it,
so it's not hiding. Probably whatever caused pulse to crash also caused
indicator-sound to crash.

ok, this shows grub-efi-amd64-signed 1.34.2+2.02~beta2-9ubuntu1.1 being
uninstalled at the time that grub-efi-amd64 2.02~beta2-9ubuntu1.2 is
installed. Do you have trusty-proposed enabled in your apt sources?
(grep trusty-proposed /etc/apt/sources.list) You appear to have
installed grub-efi-amd64
Since it's affect all flavors it's probably something else.

The last two build attempts for gocode have failed on powerpc due to
what appears to be a bug in the golang compiler.

Please note attempting to mitigate this by switching back to upstart
failed as well.

After talking to Elleo briefly about this, he says it happens anytime a
new QAudioOutput is created, so we could probably write a quick simple
test app to exercise this behavior w/o a premium Spotify account +
CuteSpotify.
