Ok, so this is a cop-out, but simply dropping the 3 cgmanager patches
fixes this for me.
I think I'm going to recommend doing so in the package. This is the
same thing we did in wily. We needed the patches before in order to be
able to run libvirt in containers, but now that we have lxcfs by

The desired behavior should be
1) pulse should not timeout after 30 seconds
or
2) if we keep the 30 second timeout, the trust-prompt should be removed after
that period with the DENY choice selected
Currently, the trust-prompt stays on the screen even though silently
access has been denied.
Is it the content-hub-service that crashes? Or the app? If the service
doesn't crash, the cached file should still get cleaned up with the
service exits.
