to write trusted.* xattrs for creating whiteouts.

Turns out that Displayport Multi-Stream Transport has not been
implemented for Skylake, causing blank screen issues (now that hangs
have been fixed..) when plugging external displays to outputs connected
to the MST hub. Disabling DP MST allows at least one of the outputs to
yeah... I tend to agree that the fallback should be loaded if the
specified artwork fails to load. if the scope returns a empty icon, that
won't produce a failure. The dash can display what the scope requested

This might seem a bit of a hack but we would really need a big
disclaimer printed to the users whenever they try to flash one of the
ubuntu-touch/devel/* or ubuntu-touch/devel-proposed/* channels. This
warning should say something like: "Warning! You are about to flash your
