Can be closed. Found the cause. If you change a drive (i.e. move swap to
different partition) and you do not close all dolphin windows after or
before reboot wrong settings seem to be kept by dolphin leading to this
problem. After I closed all my dolphin windows (which I normally leave
open to have quicker file / folder access) the problem was gone.
