One other thing that I've neglected to mention in all of my comments is
that the clock that I have on the upper taskbar will freeze also at the

service networking restart Ip address will not be set on interface after
finishing the service restart you have to do an ifup interface name to set the
ip address on interface
i think i got it all wrong:
$ lxc launch local:ubuntu-xenial

works.
I guess i naively expected "docker-like" experience where i can just

OK. ubuntu-snappy is now in the seeds. I have no intention of changing that to
'ubuntu-snappy-cli'.
Any new cloud image or server iso with serial > 20160310 will have
ubuntu-snappy and its dependencies installed.

That is a big download for me.
It worked on 1.09 bios
I do not understand why this bios is better? Nothing was fixed. Are they
working with you on this? Do you know it really will be what helps fix this
bug?
