devmode. And there are no related denials as well.
Just additional detail about bug though - I built snappy only image with latest
kernel and gadget and installed the same snap there. This issue is not present

I upgrade the system from Ubuntu 14.04 to 16.04 some time ago.
At beginning, gnome-software refused to open and I had to remove old ubuntu
software and "--reinstall" the gnome-software.

Ubuntu 16 changes the location of plymouth themes from
/lib/plymouth/themes to /usr/share/plymouth/themes and so all of the
theme install scripts that assumed the previous layout now install to
the wrong location.

I tested this (both IPv4 over Geneve and IPv6 over sit) as well as
looked at the proposed patch and everything looks good to me.
With a very simple setup (this does not go up to VMs so the full
performance difference is not there), I see correct packet aggregation
and improved performance:

Hmm, you most definitely have a different issue than what this bug is
about. Seems like ~/.local/share/libertine/ContainersConfig.json might
be corrupted.
Could you delete that file and try again? If the problem still occurs,
could you please open a new bug report and attach this file
