Error referent to Ubuntu installation. Cannot install Ubuntu16.04 along
Windows 10. If I install Ubuntu first, Windows cannot set up the boot
files. If I install Windows first, Ubuntu cannot set up grub, as seen in
this error.
UEFI boot manager does not allow MBR, only GPT.
Really, how hard can it be to change this default behavior to an option
and save us all from this annoying inconsistency. After 7 years?
