Removing gnuradio, gqrx-sdr and reinstalling resolved the conflict.
Conflict resolution sequence:
sudo apt-get remove gnuradio gqrx-sdr libgnuradio-fcdproplus0
libgnuradio-iqbalance0
sudo apt-get autoremove
sudo apt-get
n.b. same config & file permissions works on 14.04 and no relevant
changes mentioned in heartbeat 3.0.6 changelog.

Konsole only redraws
Well a screen shot won't help here. It is just white empty window/view.
I did few more tests using my M10 using other internet providers and Ubuntu
store works fine. In such a case it must be something wrong with Orange. For
some reason Ubuntu store server doesn't like them ;)
Looking at the Qt source, it might be a glib bug. Could maybe someone
try with a non-glib Qt?
