Hi,
I am the debian maintainer of the rhythmbox plugin rhythmbox-plugin-
alternative-toolbar which is available in the yakkety universe repo.
At around debian freeze for 16.10, rhythmbox 3.4 was sync'd to yakkety.
Unfortunately this breaks my plugin.
I have uploaded a

fcl 0.5.0-1 autosynced in the final week before Debian Import Freeze.
The package fails to build from source on almost every architecture. The
new version also caused kido to fail to build from source (which is
holding up the tinyxml2 transition).
Since we don't need fcl
There is no bug on Yakkety when I tested.
There is bug on older Ubuntu when I tested, because of older cegui.
