I checked this by extracting the file, moving the locales to the correct
directory, and rebuilding the package. After that they installed to the
correct path versus the debian package. I do not know where these
locale files are called

After a little more testing, it looks like I need to do a full
shutdown/startup sequence (not restart) to get sound working in 4.9
(final). It also seems I need to do the same thing when I go back to my
Windows partition or sound will not work in Windows. This is

I think this is resolved upstream, and needs some verification of which
patches would need backporting. sshd changed the log formatting to
include the port, which broke logwatch's regex.

If we were to merge to the latest release in Debian (2.4.44+dfsg-2),
zesty will get the Debian fix for this issue. We could then consider
