Adding some debug statements on other the builds showed that that hang
is occurring in
lang / python / tests / t-callbacks.py
specifically, when the c.op_genkey call is made in the section shown

Please merge msttcorefonts 3.6 from Debian. That version was released
over 2 years ago.
This update request was originally requested in bug 1607535 but that bug
was split.
Changes since Ubuntu's current version 3.4+nmu1ubuntu2 :
msttcorefonts (3.6) unstable; urgency=medium
Downloading the 3.6 version correct the bug, but on Xubuntu 16.04 (don't
know for Ubuntu, but I think too) it's the 3.4 version.
For a LTS, stability is cool ;) and it's the only upgrade failure I have
got, correcting it will be nice.

Files (Nautilus) does not appear in Launcher or Alt-Ta
Okay... I restarted Evolution several times, and that didn't help. But
today I restarted my computer, and now I have 6 versions of the
account... So it did work in some way... :-)
After deleting the duplicate accounts, and checking for mail I got the
