Seems to be a problem with live TV streaming from BBC. I do have a
licence and all was fine until this morning 8th March 2017. YouTube
clips are fine, cached BBC iPlayer video is fine.

The most visible difference I saw between mate-screensaver and ukui-
screensaver is the Unlock screen. It might be possible for this to be
converted into a patch that might even be accepted into MATE.

Ok, so this bug seems to have been un-fixed (re-introduced) in 4.4.0-66,
perhaps as part of the response to https://www.ubuntu.com/usn/usn-3220-1
Please re-fix (or un-re-introduce) it in a future kernel for Xenial.
